Changing Wi-Fi Network on Your Silo Device

Need to connect your Silo device to a new Wi-Fi network? No problem. Follow the steps below to reset the current connection and connect your device to a different network using the Silo mobile app.

Resetting the Device Network and Selecting a New One

  • Open the Silo app and tap the More section
  • Select Settings and tap Change Network
  • The current Wi-Fi network your device is connected to will be displayed

Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to reset the device Wi-Fi connection.

Reset the Wi-Fi Connection on the Device

  • Press and hold the Label button and the Volume Down button on the device
  • Hold both buttons for approximately 5 seconds
  • Confirm the reset by pressing the Volume Up button

Connect to a New Wi-Fi Network

  • Return to the Silo app after resetting the connection
  • Tap Select New Wi-Fi Network
  • Choose your desired network from the list
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password and continue

Once the connection process is completed, Alexa will confirm that your Silo device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.

Make sure your Wi-Fi network is a supported 2.4GHz network for proper connectivity.
