Cleaning the Silo Device
To clean the Silo base, follow these simple steps:
- Use a damp cloth to wipe the base clean
- Avoid using excessive water or cleaning chemicals
- Never immerse the Silo base in water or any liquid

The Reservoir
Your Silo device includes a built-in reservoir that collects liquids which may overflow from containers during vacuum sealing.
Follow these steps to empty and clean the reservoir:
- Press under the Silo logo located on the reservoir to reveal the handle
- Pull the reservoir out from its compartment
- Unscrew and open the reservoir chamber
- Empty any collected liquid from the chamber
- Screw the chamber back tightly
- Align the Silo logo horizontally and press the reservoir back into place
